Des Moines has undergone many changes since I moved here 28 years ago. Some good, some not so good. I have made positive impacts on our community now and serving on our City Council from 2001-2009. I intend to do that again with your support.
Public safety is a huge concern and I will advocate for a safer Des Moines, continue to create a thriving downtown, revive our parks, support our Senior community and youth and strive to make our Marina district a destination gem.
I believe our health, environment and quality of life require limits on airport expansion and I will bring leadership, experience and personal advocacy to protect our citizens.
We need a diverse and equitable balance on the City Council. I will continue to work with our legislators to bring resources to Des Moines. I looking forward to representing you and appreciate your vote. Thank you!
